--:-- John Bickley: President Biden warned that the world stands at an inflection point in his final address to the United Nations General Assembly. While he called for unity and reflected on global challenges, including the current conflicts abroad, he also defended his disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. Biden called it a hard choice, but the right decision. Four American presidents had faced that decision, but I was determined not to leave it to the fifth. It was a decision accompanied by tragedy. 13 brave Americans lost their lives, along with hundreds of Afghans in a suicide bomb. I think those lost lives, and I think of them every day.
--:-- John Bickley: Biden's comments come after the House Foreign Affairs Committee released the results of its years-long investigation earlier this month. Their report found that the Biden-Harris administration made the withdrawal decision despite, quote, the conditions of the Doha agreement, pleas of the Afghan government, and the objections by our NATO allies.
--:-- Georgia Howe: Recent arrests of illegal immigrants on Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard have drawn national attention. Immigration officials have detained at least six illegal immigrants, including two charged with serious crimes against minors.
--:-- Toby Brown: [identified as the chair of the Nantucket GOP] I expressed concerns about the potential dangers posed by these illegals as conditions on the small island have, quote, gotten a little worse. Chief among those concerns is the lack of any information about these individuals' criminal histories, a concern Brown says is shared by even legal migrants to the area.
--:-- John Bickley: The federal investigation into New York City's mayor, Eric Adams, has reportedly expanded. It's now gone beyond his alleged ties to the Turkish government to include five additional countries. Daily Wire reporter Mireya DeLordi has the latest.
--:-- Mireya DeLordi: The investigation now includes China, Qatar, Uzbekistan, South Korea, and Israel. Prosecutors have subpoenaed City Hall and Adams' campaign for information related to these nations. The inquiry centers on potential illegal foreign donations and whether Adams received improper benefits, such as free flight upgrades in exchange for facilitating building inspections for the Turkish consulate.
--:-- John Bickley: This investigation follows multiple criminal probes involving Adams' associates, including recent FBI raids on high-ranking officials in his administration.
--:-- John Bickley: Oren Alexander Routh, son of Trump assassination suspect Ryan Routh, has been arrested on federal charges for possession of child pornography. Authorities discovered multiple illicit files on electronic devices during a search of his home in Greensboro, North Carolina. The investigation is reportedly linked to his father.
--:-- John Bickley: The younger Routh is facing serious legal repercussions as a result.

--:-- John Bickley: Republican Nebraska Governor Jim Pillan has decided not to call for a special legislative session to change the state's electoral vote allocation, disappointing Republican efforts to switch to a winner-take-all system before November's election.
--:-- John Bickley: Pillan stated that he could not secure the necessary support in the legislature, particularly after GOP Senator Mike McDonnell announced he would not back the change.
--:-- John Bickley: Currently, Nebraska awards three electoral votes to the statewide winner and one vote to the winner of each congressional district.
--:-- John Bickley: Former President Trump is promising to cut energy and electricity prices in half within a year if elected again. So vote Trump and your incomes will soar, your net worth will skyrocket, your energy costs and grocery prices will come tumbling down, and we will bring back the American dream.
--:-- Tim Rice: [identified as Daily Wire deputy managing editor] During a rally last night in Pennsylvania, Trump criticized President Biden's energy policies and pledged to lift the ban on natural gas exports.
--:-- Tim Rice: Trump also voiced concerns about immigration, claiming that Vice President Kamala Harris would flood Pennsylvania with illegal migrants. He asserted that reckless migration could change the character of the state and vowed to stop all migrant flights to Pennsylvania upon taking office.
--:-- Tim Rice: The rally, part of Trump's campaign tour, emphasized key issues as early voting approaches in the battleground state.
--:-- Tim Rice: The former president also spoke in Georgia today, delivering remarks on inflation and the tax code.
--:-- Tim Rice: We had no inflation, 1 percent. We had essentially no inflation. Now you had over the last four years, you had the highest inflation I think in the history of our country. Somebody said no, sir, it's only 58 years. Well, that's pretty bad, too. I think it's really in the history of our country.
