--:-- Georgia Howe: And iconic singer Celine Dion revealed Thursday that she is suffering from a rare disease that prevents her from currently performing. The singer says she has been diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome, or SPS, a progressive disease that leaves its victims as human statues who struggle to walk or talk. Unfortunately, these spasms affect every aspect of my daily life, sometimes causing difficulties when I walk and not allowing me to use my vocal cords to sing the way I'm used to.
