--:-- John Dickley: In Fulton County, Georgia, six out of 19 alleged co-conspirators indicted by DA Fannie Willis for allegedly attempting to overturn the 2020 presidential election results have turned themselves into the authorities.
--:-- Georgia Howe: President Donald Trump's attorney, John Eastman, surrendered Tuesday and remained defiant in the face of a hostile press.
--:-- John Eastman: Do you still think the election was stolen? Absolutely. Absolutely. Still? No question. No question at all. And you won't answer on immunity from prosecution? You won't answer that.
--:-- Georgia Howe: Do you think that the others in this case have a standing on that? People like Meadows?
--:-- John Eastman: No comment.
--:-- Georgia Howe: Did they do a mugshot and everything inside?
--:-- John Eastman: No comment.
--:-- Georgia Howe: Former mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani, also indicted in the case, turned himself in as well.
--:-- Rudy Giuliani: I feel like I'm defending the rights of all Americans, as I did so many times as a United States attorney. People like to say I'm different, I'm the same Rudy Giuliani that took down the mafia that made New York City the safest city in America produced crime more than any mayor in the history of any city anywhere. And I'm fighting for justice. I have been from the first moment. I represented Donald Trump, an innocent man who has now been proven innocent several times.
--:-- Georgia Howe: Former President Trump has said he will turn himself in on Thursday.
--:-- Georgia Howe: Video circulating today appears to show the business jet owned by Yevgeny Purgosyan crash near Moscow. Purgosyan is the founder of the Wagner private military group that staged what appeared to be an aborted coup attempt against Vladimir Putin a few months ago.

--:-- Georgia Howe: It's unclear if he'll make an appearance at Wednesday night's debate, which he did qualify for. But the North Dakota governor announced on social media that he appreciates all the well wishes and that it isn't the first time he's been injured.
--:-- Georgia Howe: In news that literally out of this world, India has become the fourth country ever to land a spacecraft on the moon.

--:-- Georgia Howe: In Washington state, authorities say that three people tragically died in recent months after drinking milkshakes contaminated with listeria at Frugal's Burger Restaurant in Tacoma, Washington.
--:-- Georgia Howe: The regional burger chain has now been sued by the wife of one of the deceased.
--:-- Bill Marler: A really sad situation. Husband and wife married for 45 years. He eats a Frugal shake and becomes ill. You can undo a death, but what you can do is make everything transparent so we can learn from this unfortunate incident to hopefully convince people to do a better job at cleaning their equipment.

--:-- Georgia Howe: On Wednesday, Germany's cabinet approved a plan that would allow adults to change their name and gender at registry offices, while minors ages 14 and up could do so with parental permission.
