So confidence starts in the dark when nobody is clapping for you, when your circle actually doubts you. That's when your inner belief is tested. During my early days, guys, I'd spend nights studying business models while my friends were out having fun. No one understood why, but I wasn't chasing approval from them. I was building my momentum. If you're clocking in right now, surrounded by people who just don't get it, you got to keep going. They'll believe later. And look, guys, pressure actually sharpens you. I used to handle high stress investigations as a detective lives on the line no room for panic That experience taught me how to stay calm under chaos And I brought that mindset into business Look, pressure isn't your enemy, it's your trainer. It teaches you to stay composed when everything feels like it's falling apart. And look, you have to silence the noise. When people doubt you, it's tempting to argue or prove them wrong right away. Don't do that. Let your results do the talking. Years after I left my badge, the same people who doubted me started asking how I did it. That's the reward for staying focused under pressure, guys.
