--:-- Tim Pierce: Here with more is Daily Wire reporter Tim Pierce.

In exchange, prosecutors will reportedly ask that he receive two years probation with no jail time. --:-- Georgia Howe: The White House issued a short statement in response saying The President and First Lady love their son and support him as he continues to rebuild his life.
--:-- Tim Pierce: Critics accused the Justice Department of violating its own internal policies.
--:-- Jonathan Turley: George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley weighed in on Hunter's plea deal on Fox this morning.
--:-- Jonathan Turley: It is historic in the sense that the President's son is going to plead guilty to criminal acts. It is going to be very controversial for critics. I think for many, this is going to look like you ticketed the getaway driver after a bank robber. Many people view the influence peddling allegations as being a very serious form of corruption.

--:-- Georgia Howe: The search for a submersible vessel that went missing on its descent down to the wreckage of the Titanic earlier this week continues as time is running out.
--:-- Tim Pierce: All five people on board the missing Titanic submarine have been identified, and they include a seasoned diver, a maritime expert, a father-son duo who are members of one of Pakistan's wealthiest families, and the CEO of the company in charge of the voyage.
--:-- Tim Pierce: According to experts, those on board have until about Thursday morning until they run out of oxygen inside the sub that's about the size of a minivan.
--:-- Georgia Howe: This is a complex search, and it's complex for a variety of reasons. You're talking about a search area that's 900 miles east of Cape Cod, 400 miles south of St. John's. So logistically speaking, it's hard to bring assets to bear.
--:-- Tim Pierce: Several tornadoes touched down across Mississippi overnight Monday, leaving at least one person dead and many others injured.
--:-- Tim Pierce: According to officials, emergency workers were still in the process of assessing damage from earlier storms. The death and nearly two dozen injuries that were reported happened in eastern Mississippi's Jasper County.

--:-- Tim Pierce: The wind was blowing. It got real dark. We could hear stuff falling all around, debris and everything.
